MEET OUR FOUNDER & CEO
Jenniffer Firpo
An entrepreneur with an explicit idea of what advertising and marketing should be, it was sheer dissatisfaction resulting from what most of the industry offers that drove her to start this innovative agency.

Let’s start at the beginning.
​
A mover and shaker from birth, Jenniffer Firpo grew up in Santiago, DR. Always dreaming about becoming a thought leader, after moving to the U.S. she set sights on earning her BA in Advertising and Design. And, that she did. Jenniffer graduated Cum Laude and soon after began a 10-year career.
​
Quickly rising through the ranks running successful marketing campaigns, she eventually gained the title of senior account manager. It was her job to sell advertising services and manage projects for major companies such as Rockefellers, Marina Maher Communications, Wavemaker from the Group M, Hogan Lovells, the Rockefeller Group, Footlocker, The Weather Channel, and more.

However, even with her success, that above-mentioned dissatisfaction always reared its head. You see, Jenniffer noticed that there was a major lack of empathy and human understanding throughout her industry.
​
Something that should be the cornerstone of gaining clients and helping them attract customers, Jenniffer decided it was time to create something that gave businesses real-world accessibility combined with a clear targeted goal.

That is where we, JVsion Advertising, come in. Today we proudly service not just the U.S. but many international businesses too.

Julia Nunez
Julia Nunez was born in the Dominican Republic, where she spent her formative years. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Organization and Method College, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism. Subsequently, she pursued postgraduate studies in entrepreneurship, sales, leadership, and management.
Upon relocating to the United States, Julia earned a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on finance from Monroe College, graduating with high honors (Summa Cum Laude). Known for her resourcefulness, Julia excels in navigating dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced professional landscapes, leaving a significant impact on the organizations she has been a part of and her own small service business.
Julia is driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact in both people's lives and businesses, demonstrating an unwavering work ethic throughout her career. Julia is always ready to embrace new challenges, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and development.
